New EPCs, area screens and district data

New EPCs: each morning, the industrial EPCs newly on the register for your areas. Shows the local authorities in your area screens, or, if you have none, the postcode districts of your saved buildings. On Area Data and Enterprise you can pick any local authority from the list.

Why it was lodged: Why the EPC was lodged, from the register: to let, for sale (marketed or not), a new building, or another reason such as a voluntary EPC.

Area screens: Every industrial building over 1,000 m² in the local authority. Those rated C to G come first, then those rated B or better; largest first within each.

District data: totals for every postcode district with industrial EPCs, with the rating mix, buildings below B or E, floor area, heating fuels and the upgrades assessors recommend most.
