How your watchlist follows a building

We follow each saved building by its UPRN. When a new EPC replaces the old one, your watchlist moves to it, and on plans with alerts we email you the next morning.

UPRN: Unique Property Reference Number: the building's permanent ID. We use it to follow a building when a new EPC replaces the old one.
