What Sortd Industrial does
Sortd Industrial shows, for any industrial or warehouse building in England and Wales, its EPC rating, when the certificate runs out and where it stands against today's E minimum and the EPC B standard proposed for 2031.
The building checker and a small watchlist are free. Paid plans add alerts, building reports with the assessor's recommendations, a daily feed of new EPCs, area screens, portfolio upload and district data.
