The Industrial EPC Weekly
Every Monday, how many industrial and warehouse buildings in England and Wales had a new EPC lodged last week, by region and by reason (to let, for sale or new build). Free, from the government's EPC register.
An EPC is needed before a building is let or sold, so a new one is often the first public sign that a unit is coming to market. About 931 industrial buildings a month have one lodged to let or for sale (12 months to 30 September 2026).
In each issue
- Last week's new industrial EPCs, in total and region by region, split by why each was lodged.
- How many were over 1,000 m² (10,764 sq ft), and how many of those are rated below B.
- An authority of the week from the local authority figures, in turn, with how it compares.
- One plain-English guide.
Where the figures come from
The register's new certificates, loaded every morning, and its monthly full download for the local authority figures. Counts only: the email never lists buildings or addresses. Each building, the morning after, is in the daily feed.
